HOW IT HELPS
Glutamine is a semi-essential amino acid which is found in muscle tissue. During exercise the body uses more Glutamine that is being synthesised, your body can produce its own glutamine but not enough to fulfil the body’s needs during intense exercise therefore supplementation is recommended.
Glutamine aids muscular recovery and helps reduce muscle soreness.
HOW TO USE
Add 5g (one and a half medium scoops) to water, shake and consume. Use 1-3 times daily preferably directly before and after exercise.
